ATTPM20P Security ICs
Microchip Technology ATTPM20P Security ICs are fully integrated security cryptoprocessors designed for integration into personal computers, embedded systems, and IoT platforms. These security ICs are available in 8-pad UDFN package with the smallest Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 device. The ATTPM20P Security ICs are Compliant to the Trusted Computing Group (TCG) TPM version 2.0 and r116 TPM library. Features include hardware asymmetric crypto engine, internal FLASH storage for keys, Microchip Arm® M0+Microprocessor, and 16KB of user-accessible nonvolatile memory. These security ICs operate at 3.3V supply voltage and -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range.
