Falsifikat. The capacity of all transistors was almost the same and 5 times less than the original one. Checked the resistance of one transistor. It is much worse than the original transistors from "ir". The open channel resistance at the shutter-source voltage-10 v was 70mΩ (should not be more than 20mΩ). I wonder what voltage it is designed for...
