Switch-Mode Li-Ion Charger: BQ24150A / BQ24151A: The OMO Electronic BQ24150A / BQ24151A fully integrated switch-mode one-cell Li-Ion charger with full USB compliance and USB-OTG support is used in a wide range of portable applications. The TI BQ24150A / BQ24151A integrates a synchronous PWM controller, power MOSFETs, input current sensing, high-accuracy current, voltage regulation, and charge termination into a small WCSP package. This TI Li-ion charger charges the battery in three phases: conditioning, constant current, and constant voltage. A safety timer with reset control provides a safety backup for I2C interface.
